We are Lars & Wajiha, and Villa Ferena is our second home on the Costa Blanca.
We fell in love with the peace, the views and the relaxed atmosphere of Calpe. We furnished Villa Ferena as a place where we love to stay ourselves: comfortable, personal and perfect for enjoying time together.
When we are not there ourselves, we are happy to share our villa with guests who want to experience the Costa Blanca just like we do.

The living room with air conditioning and pellet stove is pleasant in every season. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 6 guests plus 3 babies or toddlers. From the veranda with flexible glass panels, a seating area and dining table, you step straight out to the pool.
The villa is surrounded by spacious terraces with a private pool, a jacuzzi, a lounge area under the gazebo and a covered outdoor kitchen with plancha and bar. From the pool terrace you look out over the neighbourhood to the Peñón and the sea.
Calpe is a lively coastal town on the Costa Blanca, between Alicante and Valencia. There is plenty to do, also outside the high season.
Calpe's iconic rock is a nature park. Hike up for a spectacular view of the coast.
Arenal-Bol and La Fossa are wide sandy beaches with a promenade full of restaurants and beach bars.
You can often spot flamingos in the salt lake in the middle of Calpe. A footpath runs all the way around it.
The fishing boats come in at the harbour. You will find good seafood restaurants all around.
Narrow streets, colourful murals and cosy squares in the historic centre.
Alicante airport is about a 55-minute drive away, Valencia just over an hour and a half.
